Privacy Policy

TEEEJ is a marketing workspace made by Storyhaus Agency ("we", "us"). Businesses use it to research, write, design, send and report on their marketing with AI agents. This policy explains what we collect when you use the TEEEJ app and website (teeejai.com), why, and the choices you have.

Who can use TEEEJ

TEEEJ accounts are created by Storyhaus Agency for the businesses we work with and their staff. There is no public sign-up. TEEEJ is not directed to children under 13.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, work email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• What you create: the prompts and messages you send to TEEEJ's agents, the replies, and the files, images, designs, campaigns and documents you add or make.
• Voice input (optional): when you tap the microphone, your speech is turned into text, either on your device or by our transcription provider. We keep the text, not the recording.
• Notifications (optional): if you allow notifications, a push token so we can tell you when a task finishes or a teammate needs you.
• Bug reports: when you send one, the page you were on, your screen size, your browser or device type, an optional screenshot and your description.

We do not use advertising identifiers, we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.

Your business's data

A business can connect its own systems to TEEEJ, such as its CRM, membership software, email and text messaging, website analytics and ad accounts. We process that data on the business's behalf and only to provide TEEEJ to that business. Each business's data is kept separate from every other business's.

How we use information

• To run TEEEJ: sign you in, answer your requests, and save and sync your work.
• To send the emails and texts that you or your team create and approve.
• To fix problems you report and keep TEEEJ secure.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run TEEEJ, and only what they need for that job:

• AI model providers that generate replies, copy, images and transcriptions
• Email and text-message delivery providers
• Cloud hosting and storage providers
• Services your business chooses to connect, such as its CRM or analytics

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your work for as long as your business uses TEEEJ. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify its data within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

• Microphone and notifications are off until you allow them, and you can turn them off at any time in your device's Settings.
• You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@teeej.ai and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to each business's data is limited to that business's own accounts and the Storyhaus team that supports it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For significant changes, we will tell you in the app.
